A) Account

How to login / register at ActionRadius

To create an account on ActionRadius, there is no sign-up form. All you need is an existing facebook account. On top right side of website you will see the facebook login button. Just click it and you will be logged in to use full features of ActionRadius.

How to change my gaming nick

Once you are logged in on top you will see you real name as on facebook, and under it is your Gaming nick in brackets. If you have not set a gaming nick previously this will be by default you real name too. You can click this nick in brackets to go to your profile page and there click EDIT PROFILE to get options to update your gaming nick as well as mention your gaming IDs so that other gamers can easily find you and get in contact.

B) Joining Events (Tournaments / Ladders)

I don't see any option to join event

Join Event link is available in Right side bar just under the Event brief info. If you see a message "You must be logged in to join", then first login using your facebook account before you can join the event (REF: See Account FAQ to see how to login). If you are not logged in, then you will see error like this:

How to join a P2P event

When you goto an event which is P2P then on right side you will see "Join as NICK" link. If you want to join with this current nick then click this link and you will be registered. If you want to participare in this event with some other nick then first change your nick afterwards join the event. (REF: See Account FAQ to see how to change nick).

How to join a Clan event

When you goto an event which is Team based then on right side you will see "Join as Clan name" link. All your clans are listed here. If you do not see any clan then it means that you have not created or joined a clan yet. Which is necessary for this tournament. (REF: See Clans FAQ to see how to create or join a clan).

How do I send or receive event invites via facebook

On any event on right side bar your will see "Invite Friends" option in MY FRIENDS category. You can only invite people to event who already are yoru friends on facebook. This option generates a generic Facebook request to all selected people which allows them to easily join the event via facebook. Those who receive an invite will see it in their "Game requests" as well as get a notification for it. Click either one of those will take you to details of what requests you have. You must be logged into ActionRadius site before accepting request works. Secondly if its a P2P event, Accept button will work instantly. But for Clan events, it will take you to tournament page as you must select that via which clan you intend to join the event.

I am not able to send / receive event invite via facebook

If you are unable to send invite or receive event invites via facebook then ensure that you are not blocking ActionRadius Facebook app. Go in Account Privacy settings > Blocked Applications > There UNBLOCK ActionRadius. And you will start to receive invites.

How to leave an event

If you had joined a tournament and now decided to leave the tournament then goto that Tournament page. On top you will see Participants tab, click it to see list of participants. Click "X" in front of your name in this list to remove your name from tournament. If the tournament had not started then your name will be completely removed. If tournament had started then your name will remain in brackets and all opponents against you will get an automatic walkover.

I changed my nick but the event bracket doesn't show my new nick

Once you register in an event then your nick / clan tag will become locked in bracket. You can change it afterwards but in bracket it remains same. If it is very essential to change ur nick then you can just leave the tournament first. Change your nick and then re-join tournament with new nick. This can only be done during registration phase of tournament.

C) Clans

How to create a new clan

You can create a new clan / team permanently and also for temporary use with a single tournament. To create a clan goto CLANS page, then on right side in "My Clans" section you will see option to create a new clan.

How to join an existing clan

You cannot join a clan by yourself. Only Clan owner or Admin can invite you to a clan. Admins/Owners can use the "Invite friend(s) to clan" button to send invite via facebook. Remember these invites go via facebook. So check Facebook Game invites section to see / accept these invites.

How do I send or receive clan invites via facebook

Only Clan Owner or Admins can invite other people to clan. They will see the option on right side bar your will see "Invite Friend(s) to clan" on their clan page. What are Clan roles

Clan members have three ranks: Owner, Admin, Member. The person who creates clan is owner, he has right to promote or demote a member on clan page using A/M (Admin/Member) button. Admins get additional rights to invite other members to clan as well as kick out clan members. Members have only right to join events, they cannot manage the clan members.

What are Action Points (AP)

What are Action Points

Action Points are points you earn for various matches on the ActionRadius network. These determine your overall rank. There would be specific tourneys or elite ladders which will be limited to players with certain Action Points to participate.

Following table shows the detail of points you earn:

* - These are directly awarded by Grand Admin for some special services to users and can be of any value.
** - Whtever points your clan earns, they are equally ditributed amongst all clan members = [Clan AP]/[No of clan members]
